Electrical engineering and construction firm ERMCO, Inc. recently broke ground in Greenwood to establish their new headquarters. They will be celebrating with a ribbon-cutting ceremony later this spring.

Aspire Announces Winners of Women Leaders Awards

Aspire announced the winners for its Women Leaders awards on March 8 at Franklin College. The Champion of Women Award recognizes an organization that prioritized women in leadership and provided women with opportunities for growth, both inside and outside their workforces. The Women Leader of the Year Award recognizes a woman who has made a significant contribution to her company or organization as an influencer, leader, and ally. This is the second year Aspire has presented awards at the Women Leaders Workshop. In addition to the workshop, Aspire will be offering three leadership development classes for professional women in 2023.

Second Half of Statehouse Session Starts with Workforce and Housing

Lawmakers returned to Indianapolis last week for a slow start after a brief mid-session break. But we are pleased to see legislators quickly dive into bills that positively impact workforce and housing, including a financial tool for local communities to spur residential development.
