Aspire Announces Legislative Priorities for 2021 Statehouse Session

“Running a business is more challenging than ever, so it is critical Indiana offers the right tools and environment for business owners to grow and retain jobs,” stated Aspire President and CEO Christian Maslowski. Aspire’s Business Advocacy Council spent the summer researching and developing the priority recommendations, which were adopted by the board of directors this fall. The 2021 priority issues include expansion of broadband service, protection of employers from COVID-related liability, increase in tax on tobacco products and creation of Work Share alternative to traditional unemployment.

Aspire Freezes Dues Rates for 2021

In a move to help provide predictability and affordability for businesses, Aspire is freezing all member investor dues for the 2021 year. Aspire can help ease some business anxiety by providing certainty in budget planning. Member investments in Aspire renew each year on a rolling twelve-month basis. In addition to enabling Aspire’s work to grow jobs and advocate for pro-business public policy, member services include special programming and exclusive business savings.
