Open Doors for Senior Leaders
|
|
Did you know our Senior Leaders at ALH have dedicated open door times for all employees?
These times allow employees the opportunity to engage in one-on-one time to share thoughts on what’s going well, uncertainties, opportunities, personal matters or simply a meet and greet. It’s your meeting...you bring the topic!
No appointment is necessary. Leaders will leave their door open during their designated time and ask that you respectfully limit discussion to 15 minutes.
Sherry - Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Lynne - Mondays, 11 a.m. - noon
Mary - Thursdays, 11 a.m. - noon
Deakin - Thursdays, 2 - 3 p.m.
This schedule will be available on the employee screens. If you aren’t comfortable discussing a topic, you can send an anonymous message at any time using the Sr. Leader Spotlight button at the top of this newsletter. The question and answer will be published in the newsletter.

Surveyors can ask questions to any employee. Employees are expected to know where to find the correct answer. If you do not know an answer to a question, the best answer is: "I will get back to you as soon as I review our policy related to your question."
