This year marks the 27th Anniversary of the Lites of Love Healthcare Career scholarship fundraiser. 

Kick off the holiday season with this heartwarming tradition – for a minimal donation of $2.00 per name, per donor – you can reserve a Love Light in memory or honor of anyone special in your life (family, friends, co-workers, etc.).

A booklet recognizing Lites of Love recipients and donors will be made available online in December. 

The Lites of Love ceremony will take place Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Lites of Love are gratefully accepted through November 18.

Wear Jeans & Support United Way

The Excellence in Action Committee will be supporting multiple Jeans Days each Thursday throughout the 2023 Aspirus Giving Campaign and the Wednesday of Thanksgiving week. 

Stickers for Jeans Day can be purchased for $5 each.

The dates of the Jeans Days during this campaign are as follows:

This year we are also offering Aspirus Rewards & Recognition Points Raffle Tickets! 

Aspirus Rewards & Recognition Points Raffle tickets will cost $5 each or $20 for 5 tickets! The drawing will be held in December 2023 with 8 winners for the North WI Region of 20,000 points each. Winners will be contacted via email.

Pumpkin Mashup

Calling all bakers, cooks, and drink-makers!

Enter your favorite PUMPKIN recipe into the ASH - Excellence in Action “Pumpkin Mashup” contest.

The steps are simple – 

• Make your favorite Pumpkin Recipe – enough for many samplings.
• Judging Thursday, 11/16 in the ASH café.
• Staff will be voting on their favorite.

The compliance deadline for participating in our employee COVID-19 Safety Program has been extended to December 1. Aspirus employees and medical staff members now have until this date to either get vaccinated or complete an online COVID-19 vaccine declination form.

The deadline has been extended due to ongoing delivery and processing issues from Moderna. The supply of updated COVID vaccines has been sporadic throughout the system, limiting team members’ ability to access the vaccine in time for our previous deadline.

Aspirus Employee Health & Wellness coordinated additional vaccination clinics or accommodations for individuals who want to receive an updated COVID-19 vaccine. Watch the intranet and our vaccination schedule for updates.
