What Our Patients are Saying
Excerpts from recent NRC patient satisfaction surveys

Dr. Marco Dotti, Neurology, Aspirus Stevens Point Clinic-Illinois Avenue
Dr. Dotti continues to raise the bar, providing a level of care I have never seen elsewhere. It is always a pleasure meeting with him, addressing any concerns, and building a plan moving forward. I look forward to meeting with him no matter the medium. He has helped me more than I could ever explain!
Aspirus Plover Clinic Walk-in
Every time I go to Aspirus, I never have a problem. They have the most fantastic nurses, doctors, assistants, etc. From the moment I walk in and talk to your first employee, to the last person I see, I'm always taken care of. You all hire the best!
Lindsay Reimer, PA-C, Aspirus Doctors Clinic
Lindsay was a very careful listener. She explained things very carefully and so I could understand them. She was not hurried and made me feel very comfortable. It was my first visit, and I just thought she was terrific. Thank you.
Dr. Brad Rogowski & Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital ER Team
We were visiting the area due to family illness/death/funeral and apparently contracted COVID on the plane. We were tested, prescribed appropriate meds as we could not take Paxlovid, counseled as to how long to isolate, wear masks, etc., so that we would not infect others but be able to attend the funeral, etc. The care we received was both professional and compassionate.

Patient Safety Tip
MSDS Online
| |
Why: It is important to understand the process for MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). MSDS is a document that contains information on the potential hazards and how to work safely with the various chemical products or substances used in the hospitals and clinics.
Content: The MSDS lists the hazardous ingredients of a product, its physical and chemical characteristics (i.e., flammability, explosive properties), its effect on human health, the chemicals with which it can adversely react, handling precautions, the types of measures that can be used to control exposure, emergency and first aid procedures, and methods to contain a spill.
Call to Action: You should be able to access the online tool "MSDS Online." You can find the tool under "Work Tools & Resources," then listed under the "Resources & References" column. When you click on this tool/app, simply enter the name or description of the item you wish to review. A list of products should appear that match your description. Click on the item that matches your product.
