Passion for Excellence. Compassion for People.

Every day, we show compassion for our patients, their loved ones, and one another. Below are a few recent examples from our intranet's Recognition Wall. To recognize a co-worker or view more staff recognitions, click here.

Grace Alnes, Physical Therapy, Aspirus Riverview Therapies

Grace was invaluable in helping with a patient situation at inpatient. The patient needed the assist of nursing; and Grace kept calm, quickly got a chair for the patient, and notified nursing. We were able to keep the patient safe due to her excellent handling of the situation. Thanks!

Ashley Perry, Inpatient Pharmacy, Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital

We are so lucky to have you keeping an eye on our oncology patients. You always triple check the treatment plans and ask thought-provoking questions in order for the patients to receive the best possible care. Thank you for everything that you do for our oncology team!!!!

Miranda Lepak, Surgery, Aspirus Plover Hospital

Brianna Hawks, Surgery, Aspirus Plover Hospital

In addition, the JOY you bring to the employee engagement team. THANK YOU for all your efforts to make the ARH imaging team successful and feel like family.

Lisa Karch, Oncology, Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital

Thank you for your impact on our patients and staff. You bring so much to the department! You are compassionate with providing a positivity to the patients when they check in and when they leave. Thank you for being you.

What Our Patients are Saying

Some Comments from Recent NRC Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Because We Love

Julie Hennes, Nurse Practitioner, Aspirus Amherst Clinic

Julie Hennes is one of the nicest, most caring souls I've ever had for a provider. Love the positive atmosphere and interactions we have each time I come in. Most definitely a provider who does great as far as meeting medical needs. Always wishes nothing more than the best for her patients!!! Go Julie!! :)

Aspirus Riverview Clinic-Wisconsin Rapids

I am always treated with respect from the moment I walk in the door (or on the phone). Everyone is very helpful and understanding. If I need to wait, someone lets me know. I understand that things happen that are not scheduled and can set the appointments back a little; and I have been one of those "walked in and needs to be seen today" people. Questions are welcomed and answered in an understandable way. Everyone is compassionate and caring. I feel comfortable with all the people in the clinic.

Ciara Neeb, Physician Assistant, Aspirus Riverview Behavioral Health

Ciara is a compassionate and intelligent individual who combines these strengths to supply superb care for her patients. Her careful listening skills provided me with direct answers to questions and gave me a sense of superior understanding. This type of service is unmatched locally.

Rescha Dodd, Nurse Practitioner, Aspirus Iola Clinic

Pretty much one of the best doctors I've ever went to. Very kind, friendly and courteous. Took care of everything very promptly. Pretty much saved my life. Thank you, Rescha Dodd.

Jodi Strong, Endocrinology, Aspirus Stevens Point Clinic-Illinois Avenue

Jodi has been my lifeline in maintenance and control of my type 2 diabetes for 10+ years. She has always been appropriate, knowledgeable and caring, and has always answered my questions and guided me on this journey. I wouldn't have any other dietitian for this job. I am moving to Georgia permanently, and have made arrangements to continue my care with Jodi via televisits.
