Assemblymember Jim Cooper Endorses Carlos Villapudua for State Assembly
Calls Villapudua the “Perfect mix of what we need in the Capitol”

“Carlos Villapudua’s experience in both local government and small business, as a San Joaquin County Supervisor and CEO for the San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and now as an advocate for the trucking Industry and for vocational education, is the perfect mix of what we need in the Capitol” said Cooper. “The residents of San Joaquin County can rest easy knowing that Carlos will be fighting for their best interests in Sacramento. That’s why I’m endorsing Carlos Villapudua for the 13th Assembly District and ask the voters in the 13th District to do the same when they vote in the March 3rd Primary.”
Carlos is married to his wife Edith and together they have a blended family of four daughters. Carlos still calls Stockton, the town he grew up in, went to school in, and represented on the Board of Supervisors for two terms, home.
