2025 Government Relations Year in Review

This year, our Government Relations team was busy connecting with our valued government partners across Ontario – focusing on meaningful, in-person engagement.

We created and delivered new Riding Assessment Summary reports to every constituency office, responded to property-specific inquiries, and processed tailored data requests to support local decision-making.

2025 highlights:

  • 49 in-person meetings
  • 16 conferences and speaking events
  • 22 constituency and ministry meetings
  • 9 MPP community events
  • 124 Riding Assessment Summary reports delivered
  • 32 custom data reports processed
  • 200+ property-specific inquiries addressed

We look forward to building on this success and visiting your communities in the new year. If your office would like to request a meeting or an MPAC exhibitor booth at your community event, contact James Harvey.

The Residential Report: Market Insights available

We’re pleased to share the Q2 2025 issue of The Residential Report: Market Insights—our quarterly publication offering a comprehensive look at residential property market insights, trends, and analysis across Ontario.

This issue introduces a fresh design aligned with our updated brand identity. We’ve also included a new section on new home sales, highlighting valuable insights into emerging patterns in both the resale and new home markets.

The report draws on MPAC’s property inventory and registered sales data from Teranet Inc., which reflect property transfers officially recorded in the Ontario Land Registry. Additional sources are cited throughout the report to provide context and depth.

You can also explore historical trends and compare quarterly changes in previous issues available on our Research and Insights page.

If you have any questions, including those about data usage and permissions, reach out to James Harvey.
