Asset Management Bulletin 2022-5: Section 811 PRA Program – New Email Address
NJHMFA encourages all of our business partners and constituents to submit any and all documentation in an electronic format whenever possible as staff will continue to check email and review information submitted electronically.  
The Section 811 PRA Program has a new email address.
Effective immediately all emails specific to the Section 811 PRA Program should be sent to S811PRA@njhmfa.gov. Section 811 PRA staff will check and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
