NJHMFA encourages all of our business partners and constituents to submit any and all documentation in an electronic format whenever possible as staff will continue to check email and review information submitted electronically.
NJHMFA is pleased to announce the launch of an Asset Management Portal. This will allow owners/agents to submit financials and supporting documentation electronically. Owners/agents will no longer be required to mail paper files or email electronic files via the AM@njhmfa.gov mailbox.Opening date, training videos, and FAQs will be posted on the NJHMFA website in the near future. Please check your emails for upcoming bulletins.
