Grant Opportunity for Dairies
Hello Dairy Producers!

The CA Department of Food and Ag has opened applications for its Alternative Manure Management Program (AMMP) . All dairies can apply for up to $750,000 to help implement practices that reduce methane emissions. Practices might include:

·          Fencing or other infrastructure to help get cows onto pasture and out of the barn more often
·          Conversion from flush to scrape systems
·          Building a compost bedded pack barn
