Assisted Living Provider Members are invited to a Functional Needs Assessment Workshop from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., on Tuesday, October 30. This workshop will be located in the Republic Bank Community Room at 9600 Brownsboro Road, Louisville, KY 40241. Lunch will be provided.

The Cost?
The cost for KSLA Assisted Living Provider Members is $60 for the first registrant and $40 for each additional registrant from the same community.
