Foundation Board of Directors Applications- Due 9/1/21 |
Several years ago, our Association established a Charitable Foundation and this foundation has its own Board of Directors. This Board meets quarterly to approve requests for funds from local IRS qualified 501(c)3 Charities. These members are appointed for 3-year staggered terms. We will be filling 2 vacancies on this Board of Directors. If you would like to be considered for a position on our Foundation’s Board of Directors, please submit your name and any personal qualifications you would like to share with the Board of Directors to support your interest.

We need your help! Florida Realtors is throwing their full support behind a drive to amend Florida's constitution. But that petition needs almost 1 million signatures, including yours!
Copies of the petition are available at the Association office. Come in, fill out the petition form, and we'll mail it in for you!

The scammers are always at it.... this is a reminder to stay vigilant and aware of the scams happening every day.
If you receive an email or text from "someone you know" asking you to purchase gift cards, send money, etc., call the person with the phone number you have on file for them and verify prior to acting.
As a reminder, the Association will never ask for cash advances, gift cards to be purchased, wire transfers, or anything else that may seem out of character.
Stay Safe from Phishing:
Verify Links before clicking anything
Call the company/person to confirm message
Keep computer software & apps updated
Monitor credit reports regularly

Building Material Costs Surpass Records |
Prices for building materials have climbed 19.4% over the last 12 months, increasing 13% in 2021 alone, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data.
Buyers are seeing the results in the prices of new homes. The median sales price for a new home was $361,800 in June, up 6% compared to a year earlier.
