Coach Joe Hunt has been with Aston Villa FC for 13 years. Joe is the Football Development Manager, he manages 20 full time coaches and 45 part time coaches. Joe is the Head Coach of Aston Villa FC Ladies elite team and the lead coach for the U17's girls who play in the center of excellence program.
The boys development program under Coach Joe has signed 8 players to academy forms in the past 6 years.

Coach Joe is UEFA A license coach.   
Coach Tom Evans has been coaching at Aston Villa FC for 8 years. Tom works with the Elite Boys division of the AVFC Academy. Tom holds the UEFA B license.
