Playing Roblox? Let’s Talk About Online Safety

Roblox has been in the news recently due to concerns about online safety and inappropriate interactions on the platform. After getting new devices or apps over break, now is a good time to revisit what information is okay to share online. Kids should know never to share full names, addresses, school names, passwords, or photos without adult permission. Having these conversations helps children feel more confident and safe when using technology.

Action Step: Review one app or game your child uses and check what personal information it asks for. Talk together about what’s safe to share and what isn’t. You can also make it fun for them with a song about keeping information private — watch it here:

Smile Program: The mobile dentist will be at Northley Middle School on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Below is the link to register. Students who are registered will be bused to Northley and back to Aston. Time is TBD, so it is suggested that students pack a lunch that day if possible. If not, we will be sure they get to eat if they miss their assigned lunch time.
