Ms. Susan Phillips, Principal

Week of January 5, 2025

Happy New Year! We are excited for 2025 and we hope everyone had a great winter break! We were happy to welcome the students back to school this past Thursday!

Just a reminder - if tomorrow, Jan 6, turns out to be a snow day, it will be a tradiitonal snow day, no virtual log on required.

This week we will start winter benchmark assessments with the students. We will be assessing students in grades K - 5 in both Math and Reading to see where they are at this point in the school year. Results will help us drive our instruction to fill gaps or to provide enrichment to students as needed.

PBIS News - The first 2 days back to school were great - students came back safe, responsible, and respectful! They remembered all of the school expectations!

The Mobile Dentist Returns February 7

Does your student need to see the dentist? We are excited to partner with The Smile Program: My School Dentist to offer in-school dental care on February 7, 2025.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health requires a dental examination upon entrance to school (kindergarten or 1st grade) and in grades 3 and 7. Those who need a dental exam, regardless of grade, can sign up to be examined at Northley Middle School. Learn more and register at www.pdsd.org/dentist.
