It is already the middle of October! The weather this week is expected to be a bit cooler than it has been, so please have your children dress acordingly.


Thank you to all parents and students who came out for the Sun Valley Homecoming Parade this past Friday! Aston Elementary was well represented!


Picture day is this Thursday, October 17. See flyer below for details and the code for online ordering!


We have a food drive to benefit Mt. Hope starting this week. Thank you in advance for your help with this!


PBIS News - Students have been doing a good job during recess with the behavior expectations. At times, recess kickball gets a bit competitive, especially in grades 4 and 5, but we are working on this!

October 18 - In-service - no school for students

Aston Elementary’s Trunk or Treat, 10/24 @6pm!

Paper forms have gone home to purchase tickets. This event is for Aston Elementary students and siblings only. Tickets must be purchased in advance for entry to the event so that we can ensure we have enough treats for all. Please plan ahead and return your order forms with your child(ren)’s names and payment no later than *Monday, 10/21*, entry tickets will not be sold at the event!

A 5th Grade Planning meeting will follow our November PTL meeting to discuss your 5th grader’s special events, planning, and form necessary committees.
