Hope, an Astor core value, is needed now more than ever. The current COVID-19 crisis is challenging all of us because of the disruption to our lives, the need for social distancing and, most of all, the uncertainty it brings for the future.

Throughout this pandemic, Astor’s dedicated staff members have continued to work tirelessly to ensure that our children are receiving critical services, while also taking care of their own families. They are truly our heroes.
Now more than ever, we are reminded of the significance and urgency of the critical mental health services we provide to children and families. Please know that Astor remains open and available to our current clients, as well as NEW clients needing our services in the Hudson Valley and the Bronx.

To assist with any questions our current clients or new clients may have
- Astor rolled out 50 dedicated phone lines for Tele-Mental Health, which will allow us to continue providing vital services to our children and help new clients.
- Updates on Astor’s Response to COVID-19
While we have changed the ways in which we provide services (Tele-Mental Health, working remotely), there has been no disruption in regular staff briefings, and I hosted a CEO Town Hall meeting for all staff to further inform them and answer questions.
