Summer Sunday Worship hours: 9:00 & 10:30 am
Ongoing Sermon Series
Now that we are Huron River Methodist Church – a Global Methodist Community, what does it mean for you and me personally to “BE church?” Come, walk through 1 Timothy in which Paul addresses a young Christian leader in navigating the church though the challenges of church theologies, controversies, and cultural influences.

Sunday Worship 9:00 & 10:30 am
Our summer schedule is now in place. 9:00 am will be our more traditional service featuring hymns and liturgy, led by piano and choir and 10:30 am will be our contemporary service featuring a full worship band with the same uplifting and meaningful sermon as the early morning service.
Please check your spam or junk folders for staff emails
We are continuing to update our systems with our new name, and inevitably there are a few bumps. It has come to our attention that the huronrivermethodist.org emails from our staff may be going to your spam folder. Please check yours periodically. Your patience during this process is appreciated.
Our new fiscal year has started
for Huron River Methodist Church
Two big things to start: 1) This is our first giving update as Huron River Methodist Church! In June we progressed nicely and kept expenses low. 2) We have ended our 6-month budget and are beginning our new fiscal calendar year starting in July and ending in June. We have begun our new 2023/24 budget which continues our reduced spending. To be clear, this means we have less money set to support Children & Family, Youth, Adult Discipleship, Caring, Worship, Next Step Rec, Hospitality, Missions, Reach/Evangelism, Communications, and Trustees (buildings and grounds). We cover much with amazing people called by God to serve in these areas, but the budgets are low for the amount of ministry we’re attempting. We’re inviting each household among us to strengthen our ministries by your generosity to Gifts & Pledges (our general fund that covers these along with staff expenses) as God leads you. Thanks again for being part of God’s extraordinary work during an amazing season!
