In the wake of COVID-19, it has become clear that flexibility for team workouts is incredibly important. Game On! Fitness is offering at-home team training for your athletes, catered to their specific needs and sport. At-home team training allows for the camaraderie of being together as a team, without the risk of social gathering in confined space.

HOW IT WORKS: Workout virtually as a team via Zoom at a set time once per week, with personal oversight and direction from one of our Game On! trainers. Teams can choose between a 45-minute or a 60-minute session, meeting once per week. Minimum team size is 4 and commitment is in 4-week sessions. Players sign up and pay individually through the Game On! system, so the coach doesn't have to coordinate payment. Zoom link is provided to the coach each week to distribute to players.
45-min workout (1/Week for 4 weeks) = $50/player
60-min workout (1/Week for 4 weeks) = $60/player
