Friday Evening Virtual Literary Salon

Please join us online for a bit of intellectual socializing at our Friday Evening Literary Salon series. For this one, you’ll need to supply your own wine and cheese! We'll share anecdotes and links to literary experiences we’ve been enjoying over the last few weeks. Judson Scruton and Michael Bellacosa will kick off the evening. Then we’ll share your links and give you an opportunity to tell us about them. Please email your links in advance to Michael here . In celebration of Wilton Library’s 125th anniversary, the library staff compiled 125 of their all-time favorite books to share with the Wilton Library community. We now want your input! Which of these 125 are your favorites? Vote for up to five. We’ll compile the results and in a few weeks and share the top 25 picks! This list is also a great resource for book recommendations. Literary Seminar Series - Introductory Session

We are re-launching our literature seminar series to be conducted online by Judson Scruton and Gerald Weiss. They will combine their talents to cover the ancient Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice juxtaposed against several more modern poets.To estimate your interest in undertaking this virtual form of seminar series, please attend this introductory session where we will give an overview of the series.
