At Home With Wilton Library
August 19, 2020
We're Jammin' This Week
In the immortal words of Bob Marley, "I hope you like jammin' too." Today we offer up resources to enrich the happenings of summer -- books on canning and preserving your summer garden harvest; reviews from Consumer Reports on generators and other home appliances; some chill reggae selections from Hoopla Digital; and programs to keep you connected, inspired, informed and enriched. We 'wanna jam it with you', At Home with Wilton Library.
Wondering what to do with that summer boatload of zucchini, peck of peppers and deluge of tomatoes? Preserving produce at its peak freshness allows you to take a bite out of summer, even in the middle of winter. Learn how to can, jar, bottle, or preserve the bounty of summer with this selection of books. Place a hold on any of these books and more in our catalog and pick them up at the drive-thru.
