At Home With Wilton Library
September 16, 2020
Back to School for Everyone
Whether it happens in-person, virtually or a combination of both, you're never too old to keep learning. Today we offer up library resources to keep you in the know and exploring new things. Engage with the past with newly-published history books and eBooks and delve into different subjects with new documentaries on DVD. We've also got virtual programs and a great new resource for job-seekers. So ready yourself for learning, At Home with Wilton Library.
We're all familiar with philosopher George Santayana’s statement, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” Why else read history? It makes us aware of our past and a global commonality. History offers insights and interconnection and can inspire us to lead a better life. Explore this selection of newly-published history books. Place a hold in the catalog or download eBooks in the Libby by OverDrive app or view online on our OverDrive page.
