Stay Fit at Home with Fitness Videos on Hoopla
The prospect of staying at home for any prolonged period of time can seem overwhelming, especially if you’re someone who enjoys keeping fit and hitting that daily step count. Check out these fitness and yoga videos for free on Hoopla. To access Hoopla on your mobile device, you will need to visit or download the free Hoopla Digital app from the App Store on your Android or IOS device. Simply ‘Sign Up’ to get started. You will need your Wilton Library card number to set up your account.
Exercise Your Mental Muscle with Online Language Learning
Learning a language involves memorizing rules and vocabulary, and all of this “exercise” helps strengthen that mental “muscle.” Take this time at home to stimulate your brain and keep it fit by learning a new language. Check out our digital resource Transparent Language Online. You can learn over 90 languages on your computer or mobile device for free, all you need is your Wilton Library card.
