Historian Marc Wortman examines America’s secret forays into World War II prior to the attack on Pearl Harbor. Unlike President Wilson in the lead up to World War I, FDR pursued non-neutral actions that included sending the American Navy ever deeper into the Atlantic Ocean and Navy Airman on forays with Britain's RAF.
