There is much summer goodness to enjoy this week!
Tomatoes are starting to ripen on the vines—not in large quantities yet, but we're staring to enjoy a delicious taste. Summer squash & zucchini are having their moment and are abundant with variety! Enjoy them simply grilled, roasted, sautéed,
quick pickled
, on top of pasta (with some roasted cherry tomatoes!) or in your favorite casserole. Cucumbers are also ready for fresh eating, salads, & pickling. Peaches & blueberries are plentiful, and the first of the nectarines & plums are being picked for Friday's market!
Preorders are still welcomed & appreciated by vendors who have the option!
Read through the lineup below, and place orders by the deadlines noted.
A note about the weather on market days:
With storms being unpredictable throughout summer, we will pause operations if conditions are unsafe, but otherwise, we're committed to having market—rain or shine! Check
Facebook
&
Instagram
for updates if you're unsure!
