We are open for business .

Many of you have asked, and as long as we are able, we will remain open to serve our business partners and our clients. For now, we are restricting access to our offices to those parties who have an appointment and respectfully ask that family members, realtors, and loan officers not attend settlement in an effort to limit everyone's exposure. We are also following CDC guidelines about social distancing and best practices to keep our environment safe.

Everyday we are more proud to be a part of the Fredericksburg community. Businesses are coming together to spread help and hope, two things we are all looking for and longing for during this extraordinary time. Juan More Taco is facilitating meal preparation and delivery to the elderly and local medical workers, free of charge. Read more about this act of kindness bit.ly/2RfoA1xJuanmoretaco . Also, Billikin's Smokehouse and Ike's Signature Sandwiches have teamed up to provide meals to anyone in need, no questions asked. They are running on donations only, and more information can be found here bit.ly/2vYQCGSFXBGGottaEat .

Bloomia, a local commercial flower grower, donated and distributed over 350,000 tulips to Fredericksburg businesses and residents in "Operation Tulip Drop". Werner Jansen, director of Bloomia, said, “During these unsettling times, we wanted to share our product with as many people in Fredericksburg as possible, to add stems of sunshine and beauty.”

The Fredericksburg Area Builders Association was able to donate over 650 N95 masks to local hospitals as a result of soliciting the masks from local construction companies and contractors who commonly use them on job sites. The mask drive is on-going, and information can be found here https://www.fabava.com/n95-mask-collection-drive/.

If you know about other amazing things taking place in the area, please let us know. We would love to give them a shout out on our social social media pages. Stay Healthy. Stay Safe.
