45 for 45th
As part of our anniversary celebration, we are launching 45 for 45 - a scholarship program that will enable 5 individuals to go through either a Diploma in OD or a Diploma in Strategic HRM.  We will also be offering scholarship for 40 individuals for the following workshops: Kalinga, a workplace mental health program for small business and non-profit organizations and Hanap Buhay, Hanep Buhay, a pre-employment preparation program.
OD and HR Mentors’ Circle
We have activities lined up for our graduates of Diploma in Organization Development and Diploma in Strategic in HR Management & Development aimed in partnering in building knowledge and sharing of expertise in the field of OD and HR.
Blended Learning
Another innovation in our pipeline is our online course for Competency-based Human Resource Management to be launched Quarter 1 of 2020. This is designed to develop the HR practitioner's skills in identifying and defining competencies, and utilizing these as foundations for developing competency-based HR programs and systems.
Website and New Office Location
Another milestone for CORD is our transfer to our new home. Our office is now located at 2nd Floor Hoffner Training Center, Social Development Complex, Ateneo de Manila University Katipunan Rd., Loyola Heights, Quezon City, Philippines 1108. We hope to welcome you here soon!
