REGISTRATION CHANGES

Having your correct information is essential to helping us organize and run an efficient meet!

REMEMBER to check the roster and make sure you are in the correct division and weight class. We use this information to organize lifters by day/platform/flight. Use the Athlete Change Form to make any changes to your registration information.

What happens if you don't make weight on meet day?

You must weigh-in at or below your declared weight class. You must come to weigh-ins at your scheduled time with your session. If you know you will be over, and you don't declare a new weight class by the deadline, you must come to weigh-in as scheduled. The referee will mark your card and your flight/platform MAY change or you will likely lift at a disadvantage to your competitors (meaning you will likely finish before your competitors).

If your new weight class lifts in different session you will have to come back and weigh-in with that session or choose to lift as a guest lifter. If you are underweight, and your group has already lifted, you will lift as a guest lifter.

There are no exceptions to the above. Make sure we have your correct weight class.

Withdraw: If you need to withdraw, please let us know by filling out the Athlete Change Form. This is extremely helpful in helping us organize an efficient meet for your fellow lifters.

Please use our Athlete Change Form to

  • submit your membership number
  • change divisions
  • add a division
  • change your weight class
  • withdraw from the meet

Deadlines:

  • January 30, 2026: Additional Divisions / Division Changes
  • January 30, 2026: Weight Class Change

MEMBERSHIPS

There are a lot of lifters who need to renew or purchase a USA Powerlifting 2026 membership. You will not be allowed to compete without a current membership. You will be required to show your 2026 membership card at lifter check-in (this can be on your phone).

Check the Roster page on LiftingCast. If "Membership Needed" is indicated next to your name we either don't have your membership number or your number is expired.

If your membership needs to be purchased/renewed please do so as soon as possible. If you purchase a membership, we need your number to enter into liftingcast. Please use the Registration Change form to submit your number.

MEET EQUIPMENT

PLATFORM

This will be one platform meet with video wall backdrop! A TSS rack will be used for competition. If you know your rack heights you can enter them in liftingcast.

YOUTH LIFTERS (13 and Under) may choose to have a 15kg bar or a 20kg bar. This bar must be used for all three lifts. If you choose to use a 15kg bar, please fill out this form us as soon as possible so we can mark that in our scoring program. Spotters/Loaders, Referees, and Scoring table all need to know this so we can run an efficient competition.

WARM-UP AREA

We will have 4 platforms in the warm-up area. Each platform will have a combo rack and kilo plates, roughly 350 kilos (780 lbs) per platform! Plenty of weight to go around! Please take care of all equipment as if it was your own. Be considerate of those around you who also need to warm up. Re-rack all your weight!
