To all Club Presidents and Head Coaches:
Hello!
We are proud to announce that the Minnesota Swimming Athlete Committee will be hosting our very first in-person athlete leadership summit on May 23 at the Aquajets Aquatic Center!
This summit will include classroom sessions about leadership styles, a short pool session, and a Q&A with some of Minnesota’s most elite swimmers! Throughout these activities, we will ensure all required COVID safety procedures and protocols are in place, including masking and distancing.
This is highly encouraged for all club representatives and the recommended age range is 14-18, but applications from all athletes will be considered.
Please distribute the application to your athletes; it will close on April 3rd.
