Athletes attending final EAP Regional Training Sessions of the year in Colorado and Ohio this week
Auditing available at both sessions

Lexington, Ky.  --- --July 31, 2018 --- - This week athletes are attending the final EAP Regional Training Sessions of the year in Colorado and Ohio as part of the 2018 Lindsay Maxwell Charitable Fund/USHJA Emerging Athletes Program.

Clinicians Julie Winkel and Nanci Snyder will lead the session at The Colorado Horse Park in Parker, Colorado, while Jeff Cook and Colleen Reed will lead the session at World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Ohio.

The U.S. Hunter Jumper Association congratulates the following members who have been accepted to participate in these sessions:

EAP sessions are held over five days with athletes participating in mounted flatwork, gymnastics exercises and coursework as well as intensive stable management lessons. Athletes also spend time auditing and hearing presentations from guest speakers at the sessions.  Auditing is available for the riding portions of the session at Colorado Horse Park for $50 per day. There is no charge for auditing the riding portions at World Equestrian Center. 

These are the final sessions of the year, with more than 180 athletes participating in the program across the country.

Following the Regional Training Sessions, 16 of the Regional Training Session participants and a select number of stable managers will be invited to attend the National Training Session Nov. 8-11 at University of Findlay in Ohio.
