Dear Harvest Christian Academy and Westminster Christian School Families,

I am pleased to share an exciting update in this season of growth and transition for our school community. After a thoughtful search and much prayer, Harvest/Westminster is delighted to welcome Mr. Clay DeHaan as our new Athletic Director, beginning in January.

Clay brings a strong background in Christian education and student development. His previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Athletics Director, College Recruiter, and Director of Advancement, giving him a well-rounded perspective on building programs, supporting students, and strengthening school communities. Clay’s passion for Christ-centered athletics and his commitment to mentoring young people make him an excellent fit as we continue shaping the future of our athletic program.

This addition comes at an important and exciting time. As Harvest/Westminster moves forward in its transition and partnership efforts, Clay will play a key role in continuing to unite our community, supporting our coaches, and further developing an athletics program that reflects excellence, teamwork, and faith. His leadership will help lay the foundation for a strong, vibrant, and growing athletic experience for all of our students.

In the coming weeks, you will have opportunities to meet Clay, hear his heart for Christian athletics, and learn more about the vision ahead. We look forward to introducing him to students, staff, and families during his first weeks on campus, and we will share more details about welcome events soon.

Please join us in praying for Clay as he steps into this role and in thanking God for His continued provision for our school. We are grateful for His guidance and for the bright future He is shaping at Harvest/Westminster.

Partnering Together,
