Hardball Athletics the Spectrum Series.
Hardball Athletics presents Athletic Infielder Spectrum Series. This is a 4 session series of classes that will cover the 8 different plays an infielder must make to be an outstanding fielder.
Coach Aaron and Coach EJ will teach you the correct athletic movement pattern to succeed for the next level. Join the The Brand and The Source as they bring to you their latest infield classe that combine sports performance and advanced infield play.
- The 8 Infield plays.
- Game playing, your internal clock and positioning.
- Reading ground ball hops and charging the ball.
- Two hand versus one hand fielding.
- Double plays.
- Fielding drill based on a routine that you can use everyday.
