The names listed below qualified for Section Finals. We have 9 Falcons competing in the Discus, Long Jump, 800M, 1600M & 3200M will run today. Pictured above is the girls 4x400 team...praying on their own before the race, led by Senior Cate Ferreira. This is a great example what it means to be a VCS athlete. Go Falcons!

SECTION CHAMPIONSHIPS HERE WE COME!

The road to the championship game came rather easy for our Falcons! They were triumphant over Forresthill 8-5 in the 2nd Round. They had to play a 2-3 series against Valley Christian Lions. On Monday, they played on their home turf the game ended with a score of 6-0. On Wednesday the Falcons traveled to the Lions for the 2nd game in a do or die situation for the Lions. Dylan Eddings came in to the game in the 4th and dominated by striking 10 batters in a row Falcons up first, game was a thrill with the score tied at 2-2 in the bottom of the 7th inning. Zack Romeo hit a triple, scoring 2 runs, then an error followed to extend the lead 5-2.

The Falcons will play for a Divisions 7 - Section Title on Tuesday against Turlock Christian at 6PM in Lathrop at River Island Park.

The #6 Lady Falcons Takes Down #3 Delta Charter in a Playoff Battle that ended in a score of 23-11

Lexi Martinez led the Falcons with two home runs, drove in 7 runs and pitched the entire game.

Elena Vizcay was a great asset, going 3-for-5 with four stolen bases, three runs, and 3 RBI. Another player making a difference was Danielle Ruff who went 4-for-5 with 3 stolen bases, three runs, and 2 RBI.
