GHNO Upper School Families,
Thank you to those who have already registered for athletics. If you haven't registered, especially for those participating in Fall Sports, please do so.
Also in this message are the updated tryout times, dates, and location for High School and Middle School Flag Football.
- Click on "Student Registration" and then open the correct link for either High School Registration or Middle School Registration
- Even if you have registered for GHNO Athletics in previous years, you will need to "create an account". The good news is that you do not need a separate profile for you and your student(s). You can link your student(s) directly to your profile without having to create a separate account for them.
- Follow the prompts and fill in the information. The processes and information within the new page are the same as the previous year's registration.

Reminders:
- Please check off any sport throughout the school year that your child might participate in.
- If you need your child's student number for the registration, you can access that on your PowerSchool parent account and select "Student & Contact Information".

A current Sports Physical is required each year to participate in a sport and to attend tryouts/first practice. If your previous physical was uploaded into BigTeams, it unfortunately was not transferred to the new system, so all forms and information need to be reuploaded.
- Athletics Fees will be collected through “Configio” once you know that your athlete has made a team. You will receive communication from your coach and be instructed to pay the Athletic Fee before the first official team practice.

Flag Football Update:
- The field project is fully underway, and we are very excited for our new grass surface! Unfortunately, the current timeline for the field to be opened for use is August 24th. Therefore, we will need to start the season using off-campus fields. Here's the updated schedule:
- High School Flag Football: Tryouts on August 5, 6, and 7 at McCallister Park (Anderson Fields) from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.
- Middle School Flag Football: Tryouts on August 12 and 13 at McCallister Park (Anderson Fields) from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.
