The 2018 Yaarab Shrine Circus opens this weekend, with a sneak-peek preview Friday May 18th. Packed with more excitement than ever, this year's Tarzan Zerbini Circus features several new acts.   In addition to the 80 minute circus under The Big Top, there are 35 exciting carnival rides and attractions, as well as lots of carnival food.  Midway is open Monday through Friday at 5 p.m.; Saturday at 10 a.m.; Sunday at Noon, and Memorial Day at 10 a.m.  The circus runs from May 19th - Monday May 28 th .

The Atlanta Jazz Festival will kick off its 41st year of free jazz concerts in Piedmont Park over Memorial Day Weekend, May 26 - 27 from 11a.m. - 11p.m. each day.   The festival features three stages: the Next Gen Stage, the Contemporary Stage and the Wind Creek Casino Legends Stage. On Saturday, for the first time, all stages will feature all female headliners.  Dianne Reeves will close out the evening on the Legends Stage.  Bring the whole family and let the little ones play in the Kids Zone.  The hours for the Kids Zone are 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 26-27.  Adults can enjoy the event in luxury in the Bud Light Lounge.
