On Friday, September 13, the Fox Theatre Institute (FTI)will host an unforgettable night as it celebrates 10 years of preservation efforts supporting the state's most significant historic resources with the highly-anticipated Revival benefit concert, hosted by Kevn Kinney. The organization's benefit concert will feature three distinct auction elements to help raise money for Georgia's historic theaters and FTI's educational outreach programs. With performances by Drive-By Truckers, Drivin N Cryin, Dodd & The Councilmen featuring Bill Berry of R.E.M. and recently added Atlanta-native Michelle Malone, this unique musical event is inspired by the power of storytelling and the role theaters play in bringing communities together.

Vanessa Williams performs alongside the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, September 14 to celebrate the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's 75th Anniversary Season.  Todrick Hall's "Haus Party World Tour" stops in Atlanta on November 17th. The tour will feature brand new sets and costumes and will feature the music from his three-part album "Haus Party" as well as some of his most viral online creations live onstage.

Opening a season that explores the ability of music to bring people together, the Schwartz Center for Performing Arts presents Grammy Award-winning Kronos Quartet performing Music for Change: The Banned Countries on Saturday, September 14. Featuring Iranian vocalist Mahsa Vahdat, the program highlights the rich diversity of artistic voices from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.  "My goal for Kronos is exploring the ways that music can increase our understanding of our times and our connection to people around the world." says Kronos Quartet Artistic Director David Harrington.
