February is National Heart Health Month, where we are recognizing ways to celebrate both our physical and emotional heart health.

The American Heart Association runs the annual Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge every year for schools to help raise money for life-saving heart health research and earn dollars for their school's P.E. program. Schools may also earn 200 TYSWIW points with Healthy Schools by participating in either school challenges.
