At the December 23rd negotiation session, our Negotiations Committee presented the County with comprehensive proposals including economic and non-economic items.
Finally, after 4 months, the County limited its responses to only non-economic items. This was disappointing as the Negotiating Committee was prepared to bargain throughout the course of the day.
