Build Better Teams

Women in the 5P Industries is sponsoring a webinar led by Brian Van de Water, founder of SPL Consulting, LLC. Brian blends executive strategy with behavioral science to help organizations understand team performance. "Utilizing Behavioral Science to Build Better Teams" will take place from 1-2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10.

Brand Under Fire

Reputation and crisis management partners Ryan Jacobson and Danessa Watkins of Amundsen Davis will discuss the legal, digital, and crisis strategies every business leader needs to know to keep their reputation intact.


"Brand Under Fire: How to Extinguish Threats to Your Business’s Reputation" will be presented at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5.



UW Partnerships

Learn how community partnerships with UW-Madison positively affect the manufacturing industry at an event from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, at the EAA Aviation Museum, Oshkosh.


UW-Madison Chancellor Jennifer Mnookin will moderate a panel of experts to discuss UW’s cutting-edge engineering research, development of a highly skilled workforce, and partnerships that help manufacturers boost productivity and competitiveness.

St. John's Homeless Shelter Gala Raises Over $170,000

GBIG representatives attended the Restoring Hope Gala Oct. 4, benefiting St. John’s Ministries and the Green Bay homeless community. The Gala raised over $170,000, including more than $40,000 for the expansion of the Women’s Shelter services - an amazing investment in hope for some of the most vulnerable women in our community. Thanks to everyone who attended.

The mission statement of the Green Bay Innovation Group is to bring together and create opportunities for networking between Wisconsin companies involved in the Paper, Printing, Pulp, Plastics, Packaging, Converting and Supplier Industries. GBIG creates an open dialog between companies. GBIG webinars, meetings, etc. talk about current and new products, technology, innovation, sales, marketing, social media/web design, new equipment, etc. 

GBIG is looking to create new products, new markets and expand the presence of our industries in Wisconsin. We are here to help you push the norm and challenge one another to help make our companies and our communities better.
