Learn How to Coach for Sales Success at
University of Innovative Distribution (UID) In-A-Day

CHICAGO - 56% of salespeople say they are not being coached the right way, and 57% of salespeople want more coaching from their managers. University of Innovative Distribution (UID) In-A-Day offers a solution. Held on November 6 in conjunction with the 2018 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention in Dallas, TX, this new, one-day workshop is dedicated to teaching sales leaders how to create a value-added sales culture and enhance their coaching abilities. Topics covered include:

Paul Reilly, President of Reilly Sales Training, will be leading the workshop. After leaving UID In-A-Day, sales managers will be equipped with the knowledge they need to aggressively compete in the marketplace and generate higher profits by extracting more value from their teams."

UID In-A-Day also offers a sneak peek into University of Innovative Distribution (UID) which takes place March 10-13, 2019 in Indianapolis, IN. “We have dozens of members who attend UID every spring,” says Kevin Gammonley, NAFCD and NBMDA Executive Director. “For those who are new and curious, UID In-A-Day allows them to explore UID further while in town for the NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention.
