• New Customer activating an eligible (250MB, 2GB, 3GB, and 6GB) Single OR Multi Month Plan, must fund the plan within the promo period to qualify for credit.
• Existing Customer must renew onto an eligible (250MB, 2GB, 3GB, and 6GB) Multi Month plan, must fund the plan within the promo period to qualify for the credit.
• For New Customers, Device was not recently on Ultra network: your Customers number or device CANNOT have been active with Ultra within the last 90 days.
• Example: An existing Customer on a 3GB 3-Month plan will not qualify if they renew onto a 2GB 3-Month plan, they have to renew onto the same or higher Data plan.

• Whether New or Existing, Customer MUST remain on the activated plan (or higher eligible plan) to continue receiving Double the Data.
• Plan Swaps to lower Data Plan will NOT QUALIFY for the promotion.
• SMS Confirmation Messages: An SMS will be sent to New and Existing Customers within 48hours of their plan activation or renewal to confirm they are eligible and receiving the Double Data.
• Once the promotional plan has ended, Customer’s data will go back to 250MB, 2GB, 3GB or 6GB of data per month based on their plan on the next renewal.
• Ultra Mobile reserves the right to disqualify a subscriber from promo eligibility if we’ve previously applied the promo to another Customer that is utilizing the same IMEI on the network.
• Ultra reserves the right to change, modify or terminate this program at any time.
• Ultra has final say in all disputes and interpretations of the business rules.
