Self-Regulation in ADHD and Non-ADHD Relationships

ADHD marriage consultant Melissa Orlov ( ) identifies the symptom/reaction response phenomena where an ADHD symptom manifests, the non ADHD partner reacts, and then the ADHD partner responds to that reaction. Things often spin out of control. In this interview ADHD coach Jeff Copper talks with Melissa around the notion that in a way stopping the symptom/reaction response requires self-regulation for both partners.
