Tournament Policies
(COVID-19 Precautions)
First and foremost, the safety of our players, volunteers, guests and staff is of the highest priority. The RHCA has implemented and will strictly enforce the additional measures and precautions listed below. We appreciate your support and understanding of this fluid situation. Please familiarize yourself with the RHCA COVID-19 policies and share it with your players.
Before you Arrive
- Take your temperature at a minimum of 24 hours before arrival
- If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, please stay home and notify your team captain (and/or RHCA)
- If you or a team player is feeling sick, or have knowingly been around sick people, advise the RHCA as soon as possible. DO NOT GO TO THE CLAY SHOOT.
On-site
- In line with the CDC's recommendation: please ensure that you remain a minimum of 6' away from other teams and individuals and wear your mask at all times
- Players, volunteers and guests are required to wear a mask, no questions asked. The RHCA will have masks available at the information desk and "Ferrovial" mask in your goody bags
- We ask you to please forgo the traditional handshake when introducing yourself
- Use your hand sanitizer in your goody bag and at the information desk after every interaction
- DO NOT ALLOW OTHER PLAYERS TO USE YOUR PERSONAL GUN
Team Check-In
- Please look for your golf cart and have your players drop off their guns upon arrival (one golf cart per team of four)
- Proceed to the pavilion where your gun shells and goody bags will be ready for pick-up (tables will be assigned by team look for your name/logo in alphabetical order)
- Please don't congregate with any other teams
Tournament Photos
- Team photos will be available online at www.regionalhca.org by Monday, November 23rd after 1pm
- Everyone must keep their mask on at all times
Rules and Regulations
- No more than four in a group are permitted
- One golf cart per team
- Rules and regulations are provided by the Elm Fork staff

Tournament Format: double shooters, two persons in the box
Breakfast/Coffee
- Don't congregate around food stations "grab and go" only
- Keep a 6ft distance from other individuals
- Tacos are individually wrapped "grab and go" only

A coffee station is on-site (please sanitize hands before and after)
Snacks/Drinks
- Snacks and drinks are provided in your goody bags
Grab & Go Lunch
- Don't congregate around food stations
- Keep a 6ft distance from other individuals
- "Grab and Go" premium box lunch with a hot sandwich
- Water & soft drinks provided
Cigar & Scotch Station
- GUNS must be put away at the end of the tournament
- No guns permitted in the pavilion area
- Don't congregate around cigar & scotch station
- Two tokens per player (scotch)
- Proceed to the pavilion
- No more than four in a group are permitted to sit together
Team Awards
Winners announced Monday, November 23rd @ 1pm!
RHCA will reach out to the team captain before posting.
Online drawing: one lucky player will receive a $500 value gift bag!
Eligibility: team player names provided prior to the tournament.
