AGREE Realty, a Michigan-based REIT, has purchased the former Burlington Coat Factory at 2840 Veterans Memorial Blvd in Metairie, LA. The 39,800 square foot building sold for $13,078,000 with a cap rate of around 7.2%.

Chick-fil-A has received approvel for it's next location in Jefferson Parish, LA at the NW corner of Airline Dr and Severn Ave. The new location will have ample parking and a double drive-thru lane. Charlie Sutherland of Capital Growth Real Estate and I represent Chick-fil-A in Louisiana. Carly Plotkin of Stirling Properties represented the Landlord.
