Greetings!

Today's note is short and sweet, with warm wishes for you to enjoy the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and a reminder to be gentle, compassionate and forgiving with yourself and others. <3 We've all been and are continuing to go through a lot on many levels, so keep this adage in mind: Be kind, everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.

Deep breaths and have gratitude for all you are moving through and how the Universe is asking you to grow and evolve as a result (as I mention in this Bored Panda article). And if you'd like to show your appreciation for any of the work or content I've provided scroll down for some ways to do so ;)

Also in your reflection this upcoming week, remember that you have more power than you think you do, including the power you have to ask for help. We had a really great discussion about the many aspects of what "power" means to us at this month's CONNECTING WITH KRISTINA online gathering; you can see some clips here. We'll be talking about HUMOR next month, tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, December 13th, so hope to see some of you then for more meaningful conversation! Check back for details and registration...

Today's PGG Video of the Week is about how to be grateful at a meal, this week's Instagram post is an artsy reel I made this summer to reflect on and have gratitude for the beauty all around us or this one where I talk about Iyanla Vanzant's prayer mentioned in the essay. Today's PGG Vibe of the Week is the powerful live version of Alison Morissette's Thank You.

And if you'd like to have some positive reminders about your power and being grateful (like the photo in today's essay), be sure to get Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower the Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul on Amazon. Check out this video with some of the folks who have it, and read additional reviews and purchase on Amazon here. If you have a copy - thank you! - and please consider writing a review and/or posting on social media with the hashtag #sayittomakeit. Lastly, THANK YOU for being here and for being part of my community! If any of my essays, coaching, talks, videos or posts have helped you along your career/life journey, here are a few ways you can show your appreciation and support my work:

And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.

Big Hug <3
