RE-OPENS WAITING LIST
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A DECADE

The Jazz Gallery is pleased to share this affordable housing opportunity with our friends and all artists.
Westbeth Artist Housing, a 384-unit affordable housing complex located at 463 West Street in Manhattan, is reopening its waiting list and accepting applications.
Westbeth is an iconic live-workspace apartment complex for artists of all disciplines that first opened in 1970 and continues to be a thriving artist community. Located on the far west side of Manhattan in the West Village, the building offers units for 1-6 person households. In addition to income eligibility criteria, one adult member of each household must be a working artist and will be screened for artist qualifications.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Download an application or request by mail by April 15
- Fill out Application (one per household)
- Submit application by mail to PO Box address listed on application
- Deadline for Application Submission: May 31, 2019
