Attorney Judy Flynn Named Shareholder at Falco and Associates P.C.

Falco and Associates, P.C. is pleased and excited to announce that Judy Flynn, an attorney with the Firm for the past eight years, has become a shareholder at both the Firm and its ancillary business, Senior Resource Center, Inc. 

Flynn is currently serving as Vice President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), a national association of over 4,200 attorneys committed to issues affecting older adults and people with disabilities. She will begin a one-year term as President on June 1, 2024.  Flynn served as co-chair of NAELA’s State Advocacy Committee for several years, which connects NAELA members and chapters across the country to collaborate in advocating for the rights of older adults and people with disabilities. In addition, Flynn served as President of NAELA’s Massachusetts chapter (MassNAELA) in 2014, and as President of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association (MGA) in 2010 and 2011.  

Flynn is one of only 30 Certified Elder Law Attorneys* (CELA) in the state, having successfully completed the rigorous examination, experience, and continuing legal education requirements.  She has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in Elder Law each year since 2013, and has presented locally and nationally on aging and disability topics – most recently presenting on “Holistic Estate Planning: A Multidisciplinary Approach” to the Massachusetts General Hospital’s Dementia Care Collaborative.
