About the Program

This program will review (1) equity compensation plans (including stock options, phantom stock, restricted stock, and restricted stock units); (2) certain traps for the unwary with respect to payroll; and (3) some visa options for entrepreneurs.

The BHBA Startup Law Initiative aims to provide attorneys with practical legal resources for their startup clients through a series of meticulously crafted webinars.
