The Chamber and our partners are interested in hearing from local employers about how we can enhance the experience of hiring and retaining employees in the region. During February, if you are one of the employers pre-selected as part of the survey sample, we encourage you to participate in a survey conducted by Deloitte Canada.

Through the experiences of employers, this confidential survey narrows in on those quality of life factors that make a difference in an employee’s decision to stay and build a life in the region. Building on our recent labour market research by diving deeper to understand your workforce needs, this project will inform our collective actions to strengthen our regional workforce.
